SALON POLICIES
Deposits
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure each appointment. We are currently ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.
Service Pricing
All services are priced based on what the service includes and the time allotted. You cannot add additional services after the appointment has been booked.
Late Cancellation
Appointments must be canceled 24hrs or more before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24hrs will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.
Grace Period
There is only a 10min grace period after the scheduled appointment time. Failure to arrive within the grace period will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
No Kids/Extra People
No kids or extra people allowed under any circumstances. The appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited should you arrive with kids and/or extra people.
Fill-in Services
We do not perform fill-in services over other people's work. You must book a new set and the old set must be completely removed before your nail appointment.
